Barbara Ringgold is the founder of SeniorCare Family Services, Inc., which was established in 2006 to answer an unmet need for coordination of care and advocacy for the elderly.
Barbara has a varied nursing career with experiences primarily focused on the aging population.
She is an honors graduate of the University of Texas and has been a registered nurse for over 40 years. Her geriatric background includes leadership positions throughout her career and as a Director of Nursing in a rehab long-term care facility. Barbara is recipient of The Sara Davidson Award of Excellence in Nursing in 2002 and a nominee for Nurse of Excellence by the Florida Nurse’s Association in 2004. She holds specialty certification in care management.
She was awarded the Florida Chapter Outstanding Chapter Member Award for 2014 by the National Association of Professional Care Managers. Barbara serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association™.

Juanita (Nita) Hahn
RN, MPA, CSA, CCM
Nita has been with SeniorCare Family Services since 2012 and is a seasoned nurse with over 40 years of experience. Nita has held multiple positions in nursing administration and as a director of nursing in home care.
She holds multiple specialty certifications including medical surgical nursing, nursing administration and case management. Her experiences encompass acute care, home care and geriatric care management.
Nita is a graduate with a BS in Health Arts from St. Francis University and an associate degree in nursing from S.W. Michigan College. She has a diploma in Legal Nurse consulting and is a Certified Senior Advisor as well as certified in Case Management.
